**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones in the field of wood construction and natural insulation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical advice to trade and industrial customers, architects, and craftsmen, with support from our technical department.
- Monitor Dutch building regulations and subsidy policies to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
**Requirements**
- Professional experience in international sales in the timber or building materials industry.
- Excellent Dutch language skills, with good German or English language skills, and other foreign languages welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a keen sense for new sales opportunities.
- High degree of social competence, convincing personality, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility, with a willingness to travel.
- A residence located in the sales area is a prerequisite.
- An education in timber construction (Degree level or similar) is an advantage.
