Your Role:

This position focuses on developing and executing communication strategies that foster engagement and understanding of our mission among diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

  • Lead the creation of an internal communication strategy that promotes strong employee engagement.
  • Inform and inspire co-workers about our values, culture, and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on internal communication initiatives.
  • Manage and enhance internal communication platforms, including the intranet.
  • Coordinate and promote internal events to strengthen community and teamwork.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve communication efforts.
  • Prepare analytical reports on communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

External Communications:

  • Enhance engagement with external stakeholders, including investors and the broader financial community.
  • Contribute to community growth by developing compelling content that positions us as a thought leader in impact investing.
  • Define and implement distribution strategies for our communications to maximize reach.
  • Optimize external communication channels, including newsletters and social media.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of external communication initiatives using relevant metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of media coverage and engagement.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • Extensive experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the financial sector.

  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders and build community.
  • A collaborative spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Organizational skills and a proactive approach.
