We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral research fellow to join our team at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The successful candidate will be part of the Business-Society Management department and will work closely with the Corporate Communication Centre.
About the PositionThe postdoctoral research fellow will conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication. The successful candidate will contribute to the research centre and the department's scholarship in this field, engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders, and participate in the development of research projects.
Requirements- PhD from a leading business school or a related field, with a focus on corporate purpose, leadership, or communication.
- Potential for excellence in research, demonstrated by publications in highly ranked journals.
- Strong research environment in an enthusiastic and prolific research group.
- Research budget that covers conference participation, data collection, and research assistance.
- Conditions of employment that comply with the collective labour agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU).
- Attractive employment conditions, including a holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
