Project Overview
The project aims to develop machine learning algorithms for predicting the properties of olfactory molecules. The candidate will work closely with our team to design and implement these algorithms, and to apply them to real-world datasets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply machine learning algorithms for predicting olfactory molecule properties
- Work closely with our team to design and implement these algorithms
- Apply the algorithms to real-world datasets
- Publish results in relevant international journals
- Present research at international conferences
Requirements
- PhD in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Strong background in machine learning and data analysis
- Excellent programming skills in Python or R
- Good understanding of recent developments in machine learning and deep learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer
- A temporary employment contract for 20 months
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,345 to €5,278
- 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% year-end allowance
- A favourable tax agreement, the '30% ruling', may apply to non-Dutch applicants
