As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and mitigating risks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics solutions to improve business performance and add value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the use of data analytics across the Internal Audit department and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAD activities.
  • Identify and suggest enhancements to the use of analytics in audit processes and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging data analytics trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Train and support users to effectively use analytics solutions.
  • Identify and obtain relevant data from data sources to support process and controls analysis.
  • Develop and support data analytics solutions for the Internal Audit Department.
  • Ensure implemented solutions are working accurately and consistently.
Requirements:
  • A relevant university degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant role with a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience of data analytics.
  • A genuine interest in the application of data analytics to improve business performance and add value to the business.
  • Experience with ETL and analytics tools and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding and exposure to programming languages.
  • General understanding of business processes, corporate governance, audit principles, and standards.
