We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our Data and Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and deliver data analytics projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Recommend tools and platforms that enhance data and process analysis.
  • Craft detailed reports and analyses, presenting impactful findings to senior executives.
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and career development.
Your Challenges:
  • Inspire our clients in the area of Process Intelligence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.
  • Engage with senior executives on data-driven process transformation.
  • Build sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Expand and refine our Data and Analytics propositions.
  • Lead and manage client engagements in Data and Analytics within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, offering guidance and support.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in process intelligence/mining, process modelling, and process automation tools and technologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders across KPMG, including markets and sales, various consulting services for understanding synergies between service offerings and joint go-to-market.
Requirements:
  • Completed Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in data & analytics, process optimization, process mining, or related.
  • Proven track record of sales experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful data and analytics solutions in client engagements.
  • Experience with process mining technology such as Celonis and/or SAP Signavio is a plus.
  • A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and running pre-sales and sales activities including lead generation, inspiration sharing, RFQ's and RFP's.
