We are JTI, a global leader in the tobacco industry, and we are looking for a talented Data Analytics Manager to join our Internal Audit team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in driving the use of data analytics across the Internal Audit department and contributing to the continuous improvement of IAD activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience of data analytics, with a genuine interest in applying data analytics to improve business performance and add value to the business. You will be responsible for identifying and making suggestions to the Data Analytics Team Manager and Directors for enhancing the use of analytics in audit processes and programs.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be updated on emerging data analytics trends, tools, and techniques and assess their suitability for adoption in Internal Audit. You will also train and support users to effectively use analytics solutions for data analysis during Internal Audit assignments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive forward the use of data analytics across the Internal Audit department
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAD activities
  • Identify and make suggestions for enhancing the use of analytics in audit processes and programs
  • Update on emerging data analytics trends, tools, and techniques
  • Train and support users to effectively use analytics solutions
  • Perform holistic analysis of key process data
  • Develop and support data analytics solutions

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant role
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience of data analytics
  • Genuine interest in applying data analytics to improve business performance and add value to the business
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
