Job Title: Freelance Translator

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Translator to join our team at the International Criminal Court. As a Freelance Translator, you will be responsible for translating a wide range of documents, including legal, military, medical, and human rights materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate documents from Spanish to English, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Consult with the LSU Translation Team to clarify ambiguities and build glossaries
  • Apply feedback provided by the LSU Translation Team to ensure delivery of a quality product
Requirements:
  • High-level proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Professional qualification in languages or linguistics (desirable)
  • Prior experience in translation or language-related profession (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, including CAT tools
  • Excellent eye for detail, accuracy, style, and usage
