Wij zoeken een gedreven en klantgerichte Customer Service Agent

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Customer Service Agent voor onze Air Export afdeling in Schiphol-Rijk. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze exportklanten en speel je een cruciale rol in het leveren van topservice en het snel oplossen van klantvragen en -problemen.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Customer Service Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice door klantvragen en -klachten snel en professioneel af te handelen via telefoon, e-mail en chat, volgens vastgestelde procedures en SLA's.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties om zo de klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit te maximaliseren.
  • Het begrijpen van klantbehoeften en het bieden van nauwkeurige informatie, aanbevelingen en oplossingen.
  • Het nauwkeurig documenteren van klantinteracties, transacties en klachten in ons klantrelatiebeheersysteem.
  • Het samenwerken met het operationele team om tijdige oplossingen te bieden en complexe problemen te escaleren wanneer nodig.
  • Het behalen van individuele en teamdoelstellingen zoals klanttevredenheid, responstijden en oplossingspercentages.
  • Flexibel omgaan met veranderingen en snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving, waarbij je als voorbeeld fungeert voor je collega's.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere Customer Service collega's en rapporteert aan de Customer Service Air Export Supervisor. De werktijden zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag, van 08:00-16:30 uur en 09:00-17:30 uur. Na de inwerkperiode is er de mogelijkheid om twee dagen per week thuis te werken.

Functievereisten:

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in klantenservice in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om complexe informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Operationele ervaring in luchtvracht of logistiek is een pré.
  • Empathie en geduld om klantproblemen goed te begrijpen en op te lossen.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Het vermogen om taakgericht en onder druk te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
