Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent & Partnership Communication Officer to join our team at 3devo. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and fostering strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer and partner inquiries, leveraging your technical expertise to tackle complex questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with customers and partners to ensure seamless support
- Document common issues and best practices to improve our internal knowledge base, driving smoother support processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and providing necessary resources and training to support end users effectively
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and guides to educate partners on product usage and troubleshooting
- Assist with pre-sales inquiries, offering potential customers the right information to guide purchasing decisions, and providing administrative support such as managing inquiries and quotes
- Gather insights and suggest enhancements to our support platform, ensuring we're always improving the user experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in creating presentations and training materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Problem-solving ability and a hands-on mentality
