Key Responsibilities of an S&OP Coordinator

As an S&OP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in aligning operations between Vistaprint and Cimpress Business Units. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Business Units: Collaborate with Cimpress Business Units to offer Vistaprint's product portfolio and set up Venlo Fulfillment on the MCP Platform.
  • Product Configuration Support: Provide assistance for product configuration requests and resolve issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Demand Analysis: Conduct deep dives to understand both current and forecasted demand by Business Units.
  • Product Portfolio Analysis: Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to analyze the product portfolio and optimize offerings.
  • Data-Driven S&OP Process: Serve as the "voice of the customer" by articulating use cases and data requirements to the global S&OP data product team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related technical IT field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, assess, and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and different time zones.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple priorities.
