As the initial point of contact for our guests, you embody the essence of Leonardo Boutique Museum Hotel Amsterdam City Center. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and special requests, ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Handle telephone and email communications with professionalism.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to both Front and Back Office operations.
  • Process room reservations accurately and maintain guest safety standards.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate?
  • Previous experience in a Front Office role within the hospitality sector.
  • A strong guest-focused approach that enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Ability to work independently during shifts.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with an additional language being a plus.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
