Sales Support Assistant

Als Sales Support Assistant bij Human Forza Group bv ben je een belangrijke schakel in de communicatie met klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de Sales afdeling en staat klanten als eerst te woord over aanvragen, lopende verkoopopdrachten en beantwoordt diens vragen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt de Sales afdeling in de breedste zin van het woord en staat klanten als eerst te woord over aanvragen, lopende verkoopopdrachten en beantwoordt diens vragen;
  • Je legt gegevens compleet en correct vast in de ERP- en CRM-pakketten en draagt daarmee bij aan een adequaat digitaal dossierbeheer van opdracht en/of klant;
  • Je bereidt offertes voor, werkt deze uit en volgt deze op;
  • Je verzorgt de orderoverdracht naar de afdeling Order processing en informeert hen indien voorraad niet toereikend is;
  • Je handelt aanvragen binnen het productportfolio af en coördineert verkoopopdrachten binnen het productportfolio.

Vereisten

  • Je bezit MBO(+)/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring op organiserend en administratief gebied;
  • Basisvaardigheden met ERP- en CRM-systemen (Exact);
  • Je beheerst de Engelse en Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift, Duits is een pre;
  • Je bent dienstverlenend, accuraat, commercieel en organiserend.
