As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with new drivers, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's remarkable growth.

Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-paced company that is expanding at over 100% year-on-year. They are looking for ambitious candidates who are eager to make a difference and contribute to their growth.

Salary:

The salary for this role is between €2,700 - €3,000 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a performance bonus up to 30% of your monthly salary.

Job Description:

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with new drivers and build strong relationships with them. This will involve conducting market visits, engaging in outreach and information sessions, and participating in outbound call campaigns. You will also be responsible for capturing customer feedback to support continuous improvements and assisting new drivers through the sign-up process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communicative skills and fluency in Dutch, English, and French;
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about developing sales skills with full training support;
  • Able to build relationships and engage with new people;
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient in a hybrid work environment.
