We are a rapidly expanding hotel group in the Netherlands, looking for an ambitious sales manager to join our team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our properties.

Job Description

You will lead the corporate and group business in the Netherlands, as well as manage our current portfolio in the area. Your main goal is to enhance our corporate and group segments, identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities, and work closely with general managers to shape the strategic direction that will lead to exceptional success.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across our properties
  • Lead the corporate and group business in the Netherlands
  • Manage our current portfolio in the area
  • Enhance corporate and group segments
  • Identify new business leads
  • Support the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget and overall sales goals and strategy
  • Establish ambitious and attainable targets
  • Develop comprehensive yearly and quarterly action plans

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in hotels
  • A well-established network in Maastricht and Eindhoven
  • Relevant completed education
  • Ambitious leadership skills
  • A proactive and target-minded approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A commercial and market-oriented mindset

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of €4,000 gross per month and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
