  • Develop and implement customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue and expand customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably with hi-tech products in the professional industry.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages such as Dutch, Italian, or Spanish being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for using data to drive decision-making.
