Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their continued success with Fluke products.
- Develop and implement customized success plans for clients, outlining their critical success and growth factors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless delivery of Fluke solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or sales).
- 1-2 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in a sales or customer success role.
- Fluency in English and German, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with CRM software a plus.
