About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Fluke. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and provide feedback on our products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment with hi-tech products in the professional industry.
- Fluency in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
