Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Demcon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management and development of our key account ASML.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account plans tailored to the needs of the customer, ensuring effective stakeholder management within our organisation and at key customer positions.
  • Work closely with managing directors, business developers, and project managers to achieve set targets and initiate actions to intensify cooperation with ASML.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring a deep understanding of the customer's technical roadmap and identifying opportunities to expand current cooperation.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account management of large technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the semiconductor industry and its technical challenges.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the high-tech industry.
