Digital Design Director

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Digital Design professional to lead the development of advanced technologies for Quantum Computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASIC/FPGA development, with extensive RTL development experience and technical leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the digital design team, taking charge of the RTL roadmap and entire RTL lifecycle, ensuring product quality and delivery targets are achieved.   • Develop and implement digital design strategies to drive innovation and growth
  • Lead and manage a team of digital designers to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital design into the overall product development process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital design and Quantum Computing
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant field
  • Extensive background in ASIC/FPGA development, with extensive RTL development experience
  • Strong technical leadership experience
  • Proven background recruiting and building a team, preferably within a scale-up environment
  • Strong communication and strategic leadership skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in PCIe/Ethernet, digital signal processing, processor design, and multi-gigabit DACs and ADCs
