About the Role
The International Baccalaureate is seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead the organization's digital transformation journey. As a Senior Manager of Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the change management process, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong alliances with leaders and stakeholders to identify and address change management needs essential for executing the digital transformation.
- Own, design, and lead a comprehensive change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to address the impacts of digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business needs and incorporating robust change management principles.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, ensuring thorough comprehension and effective implementation of the digital strategy with a strong focus on change management.
- Develop and execute communication plans to articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of digital transformation, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in designing and leading digital transformations in large or global organizations.
- High degree of technical knowledge and understanding of digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of and experience in leading large-scale Digital transformation programmes.
- Detailed understanding of customer experience, analytics, and technology.
- Experience managing highly complex projects in 800+ FTE organizations.
