Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team at Allnex. If you are passionate about marketing and social media communication, and eager to learn from experienced professionals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Marketing Communications:

  • Participate in the development and execution of the EMEA marketing communications strategy and plan aligned with Allnex's strategy and plan.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.

Content Management:

  • Create and distribute content with cross-functional teams for various channels (website, social media, exhibits, Showpad), aligned with Allnex's brand guidelines and resonating with our target audiences.
  • Identify and highlight key features, benefits, or advantages to address customer and segment needs or challenges.
  • Deliver toolkits and launch packs for product and innovation rollouts for EMEA.
  • Create messaging frameworks, marketing materials, and campaigns that reinforce the value proposition and resonate with the target audience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of content management, digital marketing tools, and inbound marketing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Team player and interpersonal skills.
