Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Segment Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing strategy that drives growth and positions us as a thought leader in the coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Drive impactful marketing initiatives that foster strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions and value.
  • Identify key marketing channels and tactics to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Develop and shape our positioning within the market segments.
  • Provide compelling messaging and value propositions that address the (sub)segment.
  • Generate leads to attract and engage prospects through targeted campaigns, events, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals and support pipeline development.
  • Identify and prioritize innovation to seed EMEA innovation pipeline.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B marketing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing management, preferably within the coatings related industries or in chemicals & alternatives industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution and delivering measurable results.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
