Job Description

We are seeking a talented International Trainee to join our Project Development team in Kolding, Denmark, Hamburg, Germany, or Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our mission.

As a Project Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Portfolio management tasks in the area of project development
  • Further development of portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Preparation of monthly portfolio and decision meetings
  • Involvement in portfolio initiatives, such as portfolio strategy, optimization, and market development

You will work closely with our leadership team and stakeholders to drive project development and achieve our goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant practical experience, such as an internship at a management consultancy, industrial company, or start-up, with a focus on strategy or portfolio management
  • Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships
  • Advanced level of working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI

You should also possess:

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of social competence, passion, and a team-oriented approach
