Technical Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
Vertiv is seeking a skilled Service Sales Account Manager to join our team in the BeNeLux region. This role is responsible for driving growth and profitability within assigned accounts, promoting Vertiv's corporate values, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute Vertiv's Service sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with peers, local Service organisations, and internal functions to meet customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Anticipate and address commercial and technical customer needs, investigating underlying causes and identifying short- and long-term solutions.
- Ensure adherence to sales pricing policies and quotation preparation arrangements to deliver a professional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Service Sales management.
- Excellent business negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Market competitor knowledge is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Regular travel (50%) is required, with occasional overnight stays.
- Language skills: Dutch and English at an advanced level.
- IT literacy and advanced MS Office and CRM skills are essential.
