Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our client's team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants and bars, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Analyse customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
