We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sommelier Intern to join our team at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam.

About the Role

As an Assistant Sommelier Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Sommelier and Chef to develop your knowledge and skills in wine and food pairing. You will be responsible for assisting with wine tastings, wine list management, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • You are following a hospitality or gastronomic study
  • You are looking for an internship for minimum 5 months
  • You speak English on a business level
  • You are eager and motivated to learn more about wines
  • Having Wset 2 or a similar certificate is a plus
