Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell wine to guests and develop a deep understanding of our wine list.
- Operate efficiently within the restaurant, taking orders, and serving guests with precision and care.
- Develop and maintain excellent guest relationships, ensuring their requests and comments are handled professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the restaurant's wine list, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with the hotel's standards.
- Serve guests during their stay, adhering to the hotel's and Michelin's high standards.

Requirements:
