Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively promote wine sales and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Work closely with the restaurant supervision and service team to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and maintain excellent guest relationships and handle requests and comments effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of the restaurant's wine list and stay up-to-date with the latest wine trends.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, adhering to the hotel's high standards and Michelin guidelines.
