Corporate Governance Specialist

LYNX Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance and Risk Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate governance and risk management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance: Develop and maintain our Corporate Governance Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization, ensuring effective risk management processes are in place.
- Secretary Roles: Serve as Secretary for various meetings, including audit, management team, and board meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions.
- Additional Responsibilities: Organize management team offsites, manage corporate filings, and maintain a comprehensive overview of company third-party contracts.
Requirements:
- Law degree with 3-4 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Dutch.
- Proven ability to think critically and strategically, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
