Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, a five-star hotel with a rich history dating back to the 17th century, is seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Employee to join our small team.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your goal will be to exceed their expectations at every turn, ensuring that they leave feeling valued and satisfied.

In addition to these perks, you will have the opportunity to grow within our company worldwide. With a starting salary based on your experiences from Horeca CLA scale 3, you will be well-compensated for your hard work.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch, with a passion for food and beverage. Experience as a waiter in a restaurant or upscale hospitality industry is useful, but not essential. We value creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

A typical day for a Food and Beverage Employee at Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam might look like this:

  • You arrive at the Food and Beverage office for handover with the morning shift and evening supervisor.
  • You set up the restaurant and/or bar, preparing dinner mise en place with your colleagues.
  • You support your colleague during Meeting & Event breaks, if necessary.
  • You enjoy dinner with your colleagues, recharging for another busy evening.
  • You seat guests in the à la carte restaurant, providing them with exceptional service.
  • In between service, you quickly deliver room service to regular guests.
  • After the restaurant closes, you help your colleagues prepare for the next day, setting up meeting rooms for banqueting.
