About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead a team of Supply Chain professionals in delivering operational excellence through effective planning and logistics management. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain team to achieve optimal performance
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration
A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, combined with at least 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, is essential for this position. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in Dutch is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible mindset, be willing to work closely with others, and take on additional responsibilities to drive business growth.
