Position Overview

About the Role
As a Student Placement Coordinator at a leading educational institution, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards successful career paths. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate enriching internship experiences that enhance students' skills and knowledge, preparing them for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for students, internship supervisors, and host companies to ensure a seamless placement process.
  • Manage the preparation and administration of internship contracts and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with precision.
  • Assist students at the front desk and respond to inquiries from potential interns and placement organizations.
  • Monitor and verify that all travel arrangements are documented and adhere to risk management protocols.
  • Engage in account management activities, fostering strong relationships with partner organizations and expanding our professional network.
  • Organize and conduct information sessions for students, as well as coordinate placement-related events and industry days.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from € 2,490.00 to € 3,408.78 per month (gross, based on full-time employment).
  • Employment classified under scale 6 of the collective labor agreement for higher education.
  • A one-year contract with the potential for a permanent position.

Candidate Requirements

  • Flexibility and a service-oriented mindset towards students, faculty, and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency in managing tasks.
  • Proven administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
  • MBO 4 level of professional and intellectual competence, with proficiency in various systems, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English to effectively support students and faculty.
