Project Manager, Facility

This role is based in Oss, The Netherlands.
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Organon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the early FEL phases up to delivery with commissioning and qualification for investment projects at our Oss site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Safety Health & Environmental, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, and Procurement.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with Organon's project standards and requirements.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in industrial implementation projects, preferably in the pharma or food industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a 'Safety First and Quality Always' mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
