Functieomschrijving
Als Facility Expert bij B. Braun Medical ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van alle gebouw gebonden aangelegenheden en installaties. Je handhaaft onderhoudscontracten, coördineert service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Jij bent het primaire aanspreekpunt en de schakel tussen de organisatie en de leveranciers, als het gaat om facilitaire inkoop en contractmanagement. Jouw taken:
- Plannen en coördineren van gebouw gebonden activiteiten
- Uitzetten en opvolgen van ad-hoc facilitaire storingen
- Verwerken van gegevens in het gebouwenbeheersysteem
- Zorgdragen dat alle onderhoudscontracten up-to-date zijn en worden opgevolgd (vastlegging Building Document Register)
- Back-up wagenpark beheer
- Meedenken in procesverbeteringen, deelname projecten
Binnen B. Braun werk je voor 3 bedrijfsonderdelen. Twee onderdelen zijn recent toegevoegd aan de organisatie. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de facilitaire dienstverlening op alle locaties van B. Braun Medical. Projecten die hiervoor gepland zijn: het centraliseren van inkoopcontracten en de invoering van een professioneel ticketsysteem voor meldingen. In het team van 4 collega's motiveren jullie de locaties om gebruik te maken van de centrale oplossingen die jullie bieden. Kortom: een functie waarin jij een grote bijdrage kan leveren aan de professionalisering van de facilitaire dienstverlening.
Functie-eisen
Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met een HBO werk- en denkniveau en aantal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (ervaring in de zorg is hierbij een pre).
- Je denkt mee over processen, soms in projectmatige vorm
- Je hebt kennis van NEN-normeringen, specifiek NEN 3140
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je hebt kennis van Word, Excel en Building Management systemen
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Je gaat direct op contract bij B. Braun Medical, daar kan je rekenen op:
- Salaris tussen €3600 en €4500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
- Start met een jaarcontract.
- Functie voor 40 uur per week
- 26 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV dagen
- €50,00 netto per maand thuiswerkvergoeding
- €40,00 netto per maand onkostenvergoeding
- Hybride werken is mogelijk
