You will be responsible for developing deep and meaningful relationships with our customers, offering solutions to their technical queries, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting all IDEXX in-house instruments, including biochemistry, hematology, and endocrinology.
- Providing training and assistance to customers on the use of equipment, troubleshooting, and repairing system, database, or data communication issues.
- Determining customer needs, researching, and providing solutions, coordinating with other team members as needed.
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to articulate proactive solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A natural affinity for helping customers, self-motivation, stress resistance, and an empathetic nature.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
