About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Animal Nutrition team at Corbion. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of solutions across multiple market segments, including Aquaculture, Petfood, and Production animals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute product strategies in alignment with business strategies for all products
  • Manage new product introductions (NPIs), changes, rationalizations, and product-related documentation
  • Support market and business development in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales & Business Development
  • Perform product portfolio reviews and execute related improvement initiatives
  • Work with Operations to manage structural customer complaints
  • Generate competitive insights and translate them into strategic and tactical actions for all commercial products
  • Ensure regulatory registrations and compliance in line with business strategy (executed by RA)
  • Monitor and manage the profitability of the product portfolio by means of margin and gross profit analysis, value chain analysis
Demand Management
  • Manage any discrepancies in demand and supply with sales and supply chain, in line with value strategy
  • Represent the business teams in the S&OP
Pricing Management
  • Responsible for setting price strategies and driving optimization of the annual revenue, margin, and portfolio mix (P&L co-ownership)
  • Manage pricing information and pricing approvals in line with procedures
  • Support in global key account/customer contract negotiations and safeguard the execution of the agreed pricing strategies
About You

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in a similar role in the Animal Nutrition space. In addition, you should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 5 years of product management and/or marketing experience in an international B2B environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record within a complex global matrix environment
  • Ability to identify unmet needs and capture associated value
  • Proven track record in portfolio and project management capabilities
  • Self-management
  • Long-term relationship builder
