About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Clinique Beauty Advisor to join our team at the Bijenkorf in Utrecht. As a Clinique Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients, while exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to clients, ensuring a unique and memorable in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Clinique products and trends.
- Exceed sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years retail experience, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Extensive beauty care expertise, with a background as an esthetician and/or makeup artist being a plus.
- Service expertise in a luxury/specialty environment, with the ability to provide inspirational and authentic customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
