Role Summary

The District Manager is responsible for formulating and executing retail sales objectives by brand and store, while overseeing beauty experts. This role entails crafting a strategic approach for top-performing locations in collaboration with the Sales Manager. The District Manager is also tasked with cultivating robust business relationships and maintaining awareness of market trends and competitors to ensure our brands maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive staffing plans across all retail sites, emphasizing high-potential locations.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators: sales figures, conversion rates, productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and data collection.
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities to achieve ambitious goals, demonstrating resilience in challenging circumstances.
  • Provide insights to the Sales Manager and Brand Managers regarding annual targets and site selection for stores.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor the team to fulfill sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Establish a culture of excellence in execution among field staff, exemplifying effective sales techniques.
  • Enhance team capabilities in retail management practices and drive improvements in commercial performance.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to retail guidelines, brand standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain brand integrity and visual standards across all retail environments.
Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail/sales and team management within a consumer-focused, omnichannel environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Results-driven, passionate about products, hands-on, adaptable, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
