You will be stationed in the production area dedicated to creating ceiling tiles and wall panels from stone wool, which serve multiple functions such as insulation, fire safety, and acoustic control.

As a Logistics Foreman, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and facilitate logistics operations within the Olympia production department. Your role will also involve managing the administrative aspects of the department and scheduling workflows. You will work in a 4-shift system, and your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 2 forklift operators to ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Being available for full-time work.
- Assisting with forklift operations during peak times.
- Managing inventory of semi-finished and finished goods, ensuring accurate records in the inventory system.
- Coordinating with production teams regarding the adjustment of raw materials and planning for upcoming shifts.
- Enhancing collaboration with the distribution department to maintain a seamless flow of products.
- Ensuring a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Placing and verifying transport orders through the digital platform to guarantee timely and proper delivery of materials.
- Facilitating loading and unloading activities in accordance with internal protocols.
- Preparing documentation and materials for the incoming team.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Proficient in Dutch, English, or German to comply with safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid forklift certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift.
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
- Competitive salary in line with the collective labor agreement, ranging from €16.20 to €18.49 per hour, excluding shift allowances, based on experience.
