Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests, handling all related paperwork and transactions
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
