Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10 FTEs in delivering excellent service to our customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience in an insurance company or broker.
- Strong understanding of National Insurance processes and market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change.
