Key Responsibilities:- Assist in organizing and planning internal photo and film shoots;
- Control and administer incoming clippings;
- Elect requests made for collaborations such as articles or blogs;
- Provide tasks and discuss any changes needed with the designer;
- Develop and post social media content, such as Facebook and Instagram;
- Update all external websites where Hotel Okura Amsterdam is mentioned;
- Compile the monthly Marketing and Communications report;
- Develop memos for internal use;
- Assist in the development of texts for articles and websites;
- Assist the entire Marketing department with Marketing projects;
- Provide Hotel tours to external parties such as Schools.
- Contract: Trainee contract, minimum of 6 months;
- Salary: €750 euros per month based on a full-time internship;
- Holidays: 1 day off per month;
