Job Title: Senior Regulatory Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regulatory Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Regulatory Office, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with key regulatory bodies, including the ECB, DNB, and AFM.

About the Role

As a Senior Regulatory Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key regulatory bodies
  • Providing regulatory advice and guidance to senior management
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and trends
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the development of our regulatory strategy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in regulatory affairs
  • Deep knowledge of ECB Banking Supervision (SSM) and capital and solvency requirements
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory issues to senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
