About the Role

The Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the People and Places Department at EVBox. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their employment journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for completing HR tasks, preparing contractual documents, updating employee records, and providing guidance on processes and administrative support to employees.

The HR Specialist will also collaborate with external vendors, contribute to various projects to improve internal processes, and hold a critical mindset regarding all processes in place in the People Operations team. They will be responsible for updating, developing, and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, basic knowledge of employment law and regulations in EVBox's operating countries, and proficiency in using MS Office. They will also have previous relevant work experience in HR service/administration, including internships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to employees worldwide
  • Complete HR tasks in the Jira HR ticketing system
  • Prepare contractual documents based on employee entity/location
  • Update employee records in the HRIS BambooHR
  • Act as a go-to person for employees, providing information and guidance on processes
  • Collaborate with external vendors
  • Contribute to various projects to improve internal processes
  • Hold a critical mindset regarding all processes in place in the People Operations team
  • Update, develop, and implement HR policies throughout the organization

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and regulations in EVBox's operating countries
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Previous relevant work experience in HR service/administration, including internships
