About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our ESG advisory services team in the Netherlands. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our Nature and Biodiversity Services and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nature- and biodiversity-related propositions and proposals to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage projects to deliver high-quality consultancy advice on nature- and biodiversity challenges and opportunities for corporate clients
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from other KPMG ESG teams and other KPMG teams to deliver projects
  • Drive the delivery of projects with a multifunctional team in a structured way to achieve high-quality results
  • Support clients in setting strategies and science-based targets, and reporting in line with TNFD and CSRD
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Ecology or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on Biodiversity, Natural Capital, and ecosystem services
  • Thorough knowledge of and access to important biodiversity standards, networks, and alliances
  • Passion for sustainability and ESG
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data and numbers
  • Commercial mindset and ability to develop the market through networking and prospecting
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop junior team members
