About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our flagship product, KAIROS IVD. This role involves crafting and implementing product strategies that align with customer requirements, stimulate market expansion, and provide value to both SXM and our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market research to discern customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. Translating insights into User Needs Specifications.
- Product Strategy Development: Formulating and executing product strategies that resonate with SXM's overarching business goals. Establishing product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to optimize product success.
- Product Launch Management: Orchestrating the launch of KAIROS, which includes creating marketing materials, sales resources, and training programs for both internal teams and external clients. Collaborating with marketing and sales to enhance product visibility and revenue generation.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partnering with diverse teams to ensure cohesive alignment across all facets of product development and commercialization. Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Interacting with key opinion leaders, clients, and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and pinpoint unmet needs. Acting as the customer advocate within the organization to ensure product offerings meet expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guaranteeing that products adhere to necessary regulatory standards and requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO certifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assessing and enhancing product processes, systems, and performance to foster efficiency, quality, and innovation. Implementing best practices to refine product development and management methodologies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Practical experience in market research, user engagement, and onboarding Key Opinion Leaders.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably within the in-vitro diagnostics sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic technologies and principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA regulations and ISO standards.
- Insight into the diagnostic market landscape, including customer needs and competitive trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and marketing.
