About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle guest requests and internal housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Refill housekeeping storerooms and pantries with linens, toiletries, and other essential items.
  • Responsible for the distribution of linens and other housekeeping supplies.
  • Strip rooms as needed, gathering bed linens and towels from rooms.
  • Assist in cleaning public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A 'hands-on' mentality and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work with a housekeeping app to receive housekeeping requests.
