About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Employee to join our team at Pulitzer Amsterdam. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, public areas, and gardens.

Responsibilities
  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and gardens.
  • Manage heart of the house areas, including linen distribution and stocking service closets.
  • Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or supplies and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to report defects and Food & Beverage department for cleaning different outlets.
  • Adhere to proper procedures for separating garbage and follow instructions accurately.
Requirements
  • Flexible availability to work shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical strength and endurance to stand, walk, and lift equipment throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to clean rooms, restock service closets, and maintain public areas and gardens.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
