Introduction

Are you a student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience and build your career in Human Resources? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our HR team as an intern.

Background Information

Our Human Resources department is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR-related activities, including Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning, and Information and Process Control. As an intern, you will be part of our HR team supporting the QBP cluster within D&E, which entails approximately 350 employees.

Your Assignment

You will be a member of our HR team of Performance & Integration, operating in one of the most dynamic parts of ASML. Your tasks will include:

  • Development & learning;
  • Compensation & benefits;
  • Organizational development & performance;
  • Well-being, diversity & inclusion.

You will also be the first point of contact for employees and assist them under the supervision of your mentor. Our HR team is committed to introducing you to the HR expertise of ASML and involving you in our daily business and projects.

Your Profile

To be a match for this internship, you:

  • Are a student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related studies;
  • Are a team player and a self-starter, driven and enthusiastic;
  • Have an open communication style;
  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor or master-level internship, for 3-5 days a week (2 days on-site) with a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
